What can we say other than we started in the rear in 14th for the qualifying race and had to finish 6th or better to transfer to the feature, or go home scoreless. Bill moved from 14th to 5th, under soggy conditions, qualifying him to start 23rd in the main event.
This week's feature race began "way" in the back for Bill. He progressed to 6th place before "kissing the wall", reeling him back to 13th. Struggling against the odds with a few laps remaining, going 3 wide in a 2 lane corner, Bill had to lock it down, slid through the grass and t-boned another car. He picked back up in the race with a 15th place finish.
