Bill drew a 224 out of a possible 225 tonight placing his starting position 13th of 13. He had to get to 6th in 8 laps to assure a transfer to the feature. That is what he accomplished. He finished 6th in the qualifying race starting him in 12th in the feature. He brought it home a little bent and knocked out of allignment after 4 slight incidences but received his 2nd top five finish in a row. The end of the feature race had the top five cars running competitively together for the finish. Bill started testing the outside line tonight in search of faster performance. Another Good run Bill! However, Chase says to watch the films and get better next time. Boy, he's tough! But he is a proven champion. So I'll bet Bill watches the film.
